Project: Ladies’ Hostels, MMU

The project design and planning began well and our architects controlled the entire architectural programming from design, specifications, finished materials (e.g., brick, paint, wall covering, etc.), and other architectural features of the university’s hostels. In addition, they supervised the engineers responsible for the structural, mechanical, electrical, and lighting design of the project. Our engineers conformed to the design requirements of the architects to make the project a successful one.

Project Goals
To deal with the issue of limited bed capacity and lecture rooms at the campus which had been cited as one of big impediments to campus learning. Parents expectation from the University was always that their children should be accommodated within the University.
